Good Boy (WAGs #1) by Sarina Bowen, Elle Kennedy Contemporary Romance – Can Standalone

Are you ready to meet Blake, steamy people? This hero is a giant man-child who will make you laugh, swoon and fall in love with his giant hockey stick heart of hold. If you’re a fan of romances with plenty of funny banter, sport elements (hockey, in this case) and some angst to give you the feels, then do give this one a look!

Force of Temptation (The Mercury Pack, #2) by Suzanne Wright – Can standalone.
If you haven’t read anything by Suzanne Wright, you are seriously missing out. One of my top favorite PNR authors, Wright pens some of my favorite heroines. They are snarky AND badass. A spinoff of her Phoenix Pack Series, Force of Temptation is the second book in her Mercury Pack Series and features wolf shifter Jesse and Margay shifter Harley. This is the first of Wright’s shifter books that features a blended shifter couple and I absolutely loved it. While this hypothetically COULD stand as a standalone, I would recommend reading this series in order…staring with book one of the Phoenix series, Feral Sins. Enjoy! xoxo Val

Closer (Closer) by Mary Elizabeth – Part of a series – small cliffhanger.
‘Closer’ is the first installment in Mary Elizabeth’s newest new adult series. It is fantastically written, intense and full of passion, angst and emotion. This story of obsession and passion is 100% addictive. Teller and Ella’s story took my breath away so many times. I love intense, angsty stories and Mary Elizabeth delivered an amazing one. Told in dual POV, both in the past and in the present, this book will keep your attention from the very first chapter. What I love the most about this author’s stories are her amazing characters and the crazy, yet captivating dynamic between them.  xoxo, ARIANNA

Scarlet Stone by Jewel E. Ann – Standalone.
In mood for romantic suspense? ‘Scarlet Stone’ is suspenseful, mysterious, funny and emotional. Following an opposites attract/enemies to lovers trope, the story is about Scarlet and Theo’s journey to find who they are individually and together. It’s intriguing, layered and fantastically written. The plot is well developed and also complex, full with many interesting turns and revelations. xoxo, Arianna

For All the Evers by Debra Anastasia – Standalone.
How about some fantasy with your contemporary romance? Time travel, maybe? ‘For All the Evers’ was one of the most romantic, epic tales I’ve read in a long time. This story is about finding your true love, your soulmate and finding your happily ever after. It is an equally heartbreaking and heartwarming story that really touched my heart, made me think and made me feel. xoxo, ARIANNA

Complex Kisses by Kim Bailey  – Standalone
I was really impressed by ‘Complex Kisses‘ – a debut novel from Kim Bailey! This beautiful story is about two people finding love in the midst of despair and helping each other get through hard times. Out of all the places to meet these two meet in a hospital. If you enjoy somewhat emotional reads (but not ‘bawl your eyes out kind), second chance romances with some healthy banter and strong supporting characters do give this book a chance! xoxo, Maria

Naughty Boss by Whitney G.– Standalone Novella
Last but not least… How about a short and hot novella that is sure to satisfy any of your naughty office fantasies? ‘Naughty Boss’ is one of the best novellas I’ve read! We have a super ass**** boss making his assistant’s life a nightmare. If you love enemies to lovers tropes and forbidden romances – read this! xoxo, Maria

Major Love (Balls in Play #2) by Kate Stewart – Can be read as a standalone.
This second book in Balls in Play series is definitely our favorite one by this author – Kate Stewart definitely outdid herself with this one! ‘Major Love’ is a truly gripping read with two most endearing main characters. Kate did a fantastic job blending the sweetness and sexiness together and delivered a delightful, entertaining and well developed sports romantic comedy.

Managed (VIP #2) by Kristen Callihan – Can be read as a standalone.
‘Managed’ is a second book in the VIP series, which follows the life of guys in the band Kill John. This particular installment is about Scottie – the hot, a bit stuck up and somewhat misunderstood man who manages the band. The constant banter and bickering in this novel will keep you entertained and the super romantic story between Scottie and Libby will surely melt your heart. And the novels starts with them meeting on an airplane! What better way than to have two characters be stuck in a closed space for x amount of hours???

Lucas (Preston Brothers #1) by Jay McLean – Can be read as a standalone.
Jay McLean always amazes me with her effortless storytelling, amazing writing and vivid, well portrayed characters. Her stories are always so well written, making me feel so much every single time. ‘Lucas’, the first installment in this author’s newest series entitled “Preston Brothers” was everything I had expected from this author – compelling, fantastically written, gripping and a wonderful blend I personally want in every single book I pick. Needless to say, I loved this book tremendously!  xoxo, ARIANNA

Dollars (Dollar #2) by Pepper Winters – Part of a series – read in order.
If you are a fan of dark and twisted stories, then you don’t want to miss this author’s work. Trust me on this! ‘Dollars’, like ‘Pennies’, the first installment in the series, kept me at the edge of my seat from begging until the end. I couldn’t put this book down for one minute, the story becoming more and more captivating with every single chapter. Pim and Elder’s story was enthralling and so very gripping from begging until the end. Their portrayal, their dynamic, the plot, everything is fantastically done. This dark and intriguing series should be read in order so start out with book 1 Pennies’ first. xoxo, ARIANNA

Sweet Cheeks by K. Bromberg  – Standalone
This new standalone contemporary romance form K. Bromberg has a perfect blend of humor, steam and angst. It also has two of my favorite tropes: a “famous celebrity falling for a regular girl” trope and a “childhood friends to lovers” trope. I swear by this author so if you are looking for a well written contemporary romance give this one a try! xoxo, Maria

After We Fall by Melanie Harlow – Standalone
‘After We Fall’ was pure and simply awesome from the beginning until the end and I truly enjoyed every minute of it. It was sweet, it was sexy, it was emotional, it was everything I love in a good-feel romance.I loved everything about these two characters’ relationship – the animosity between them in the beginning, the transition from enemies to lovers and of course their romantic relationship. These two were really awesome together – they felt good together in every single way and their chemistry… OMG…it was of the charts! So fantastically done…one of the best I’ve read in a while. These two were sweet together, but they were also hot. Soo damn hot! And the sexy scenes between them? Simply smoking!  xoxo, ARIANNA

Royally Screwed by Emma Chase
Romantic, sweet and sexy… without being overly cheesy. A modern day fairy tale with just the right amount of humor and angst! Get yourself a Prince Charming 🙂 And the audio book is definitely recommended… this prince got an accent! *swoon*

Win Some, Lose Some by Shay Savage
A wonderful Young Adult read about acceptance, love, friendship and family that will make you feel and think. Highly recommended if you want to read something different, something special, something beautiful.

Full Tilt Duet by Emma Scott
This duet definitely deserves a mention! Full Tilt is one of those stories that makes you thankful for every moment on this earth. A powerful love story about capturing each moment and living it to the fullest.

All In is a wonderful conclusion to this series and delivered much needed closure. It is not a standalone so it is recommended to read Full Tilt first.

A Place in the Sun by R.S. Grey
A wonderfully written romantic comedy with a fantastic blend of sweetness and sexiness. The beautiful location of Vernazza, Italy will bewitch you. You will feel like you are there and falling in love alongside with the main characters. So how about it, a vacation to Italy, anyone?

Kill Me by L. P. Lovell
Every aspect of this dark, raw and gritty novel was fantastically done! This story is unbelievably gripping from start to finish and so utterly addictive. It’s a perfect blend of action, suspense and steam!

Raw, emotional and powerful. Aly Martinez delivered a fascinating tale that will keep you at the edge of your seat for a good part of the story for a multitude of reasons. ‘Retrieval’, a story about two couples whose lives are entwined by happenstance was unique, refreshing and had just a little bit of everything – romance, suspense, mystery.

This romcom by Lauren Blakely is well written, gripping and so very entertaining from start to finish. It can be read as standalone, although some of the characters from “Big Rock” and “Mister O” make an appearance. Recommended to those who love sexy romcoms with some good humor, male-only POVs, “what happens in Vegas stay in Vegas” storylines.

These two authors have done it again! They delivered a sweet, sexy, entertaining story that will suck you in from the very beginning. ‘Playboy Pilot’ is a really well written and delightful read that will make you smile, swoon and laugh the entire time.

‘Siren’ is an intriguing, depraved, dark, and eroti read. It iss fascinating, gripping, fantastically written and so deliciously twisted. This story of obsession and possession iss told in such a way you will not want to put it down for one minute. With many dark themes, with a forbidden romance that for sure will leave your head spinning, ‘Siren’ is definitely worth reading if you crave something dark and twisted.

This hilarious romantic comedy features a neurotic Olympic Swimmer and a total eye candy. So very funny and totally hot. *fans self*
