When it comes to love there’s no such thing as conventional.

Everyone thinks Colton Neely is special.

Lilly Evans just thinks he’s fascinating.

Once friends when they were younger, their bond is cut short due to her accident prone nature and they go their separate ways. Years later, they meet again and Lilly learns that there is something special about the boy she once knew, but she has no idea what it all means. And she’s not sure if she’s ready to find out.

When he walks through the corridor of her school the first day of her senior year, she knows that it’s time to get to know the real Colton Neely. The more she learns, the deeper she falls.

Their friendship grows into love, even as Colton does not express it in words. But one decision threatens to break down the world that Lilly has tried so hard to integrate into and she must figure out if the relationship can survive if they are apart.

ARIANNA’s Review

“Love is bending. Love is breaking. Love is constantly learning about the other person until you go crazy because it will never be perfect, but there’s no fault in trying. “

This was such a beautiful, emotional and heartwarming story!!! This story is real, this story will make you feel, this story will show you what true love is. “Puddle Jumping” is about love, friendship and acceptance.

Lilly and Colton meet when Lilly is 10 and Colton is 9. Lilly knows from the beginning Colton is different, even if she doesn’t know how exactly. They met each other again when Colton shows up at Lilly high school.

” Society has pretty much taught us that it’s inside the lines, or outside. But there’s so much more in between. “

I love everything about this novella. The writing is fantastic, fluid and capture your attention from the start.

Lilly is such a great heroine. She accepts Colton and she doesn’t care what anybody thinks about her relationship with this special boy. She sees the real Colton. She sees the sweet real boy, she sees the talented boy who will change her forever.

” It was like it was ingrained in me, somehow. He brought out this very basic desire in me to be a girl. A better girl. One who could hold the attentions of someone like him. “

Colon is very sweet, he is smart, talented and loves Lilly in his own way. He tries to fit in a world when people judge, a world where labels are important, a world where nobody can see the real him. Until Lilly…

With a small sigh, he squeezed my hand tighter. “I wish you were like me… Because then you would understand.

It was beautiful and refreshing to read something like this; a love story where one of the characters has Asperger Syndrome. This story proves that anything is possible when love is pure and that true love is beyond labels. Once again love conquers all!!!

With a very powerful message, “Puddle Jumping” can leave anybody in tears. Anybody should read this! This story is not only for those who read YA, is for everybody, because this story is not about age, is about life and reality, is about true love and acceptance.
