➦This third book of the Rule Breakers series I liked but I did not love. I connected with the heroine in the first 2 books, I understood her actions to some degree. In this book I felt like she needed to step up and make a choice of how to live her life going forward. The whole back and forth between two men was a bit repetitive and exhausting. I felt like she needed to make a rational decision and consider factors other than her own feelings.
➦I was highly intrigued to find out how these characters were going to dig themselves out of that clusterfuck but I was less than pleased with the ending. I loved that the book was down to earth too, one example:
“He pulls at the fabric of my cheap cotton panties, the strain cutting into my skin. It hurts, but I love it. And yet, despite how strong he is, the fabric doesn’t give.”
Surprise! You can’t really rip panties that easily lol
➦The ending wasn’t something I thought it would be. I wasn’t really satisfied with how things turned out due to some circumstances and not due to the actions taken by the characters. I felt like people needed to pay for their mistakes and move on.
