Beautiful ending, hated the wasted time. 11 years — yes that’s right, 11 years Dylan went without having his Ev. That was hard for me but…..
However, I was able to fall in love with Dylan O’Dea again, and this time it was just as beautiful. Watching Dylan and Ev fall in love again, or more or less reconnect and get to know each other in this new life, was breathtaking. Dylan was every bit of wonderful and even more charming in this edition of the duet. Evelyn on the other hand has gone through some changes and has just recently moved to America to join her Aunt and almost instantly gets thrown back into her past with Dylan.
“Here was a man who had once been a boy, who had once stolen my heart, who had once been my whole entire world. Now we were virtual strangers.”
Can Dylan and Ev get back what they lost, can they restore their love and faith in each other, or has the 11 year separation been just too much to overcome? Maybe starting over will be enough, or maybe not??
I love this author’s writing, I may have not liked the separation time, but this author definitely makes it work
