Maria’s Review

➦*Sigh* Ok, first of all

➦3 stars in my book means I liked it. I even loved some parts of it.

➦This is the first book of SJM’s that I rate less than 5 stars.

➦So why? I think I’m just over it. This series.

➦It might be that my patience is not what it used to be.

➦It might be that I’ve read the first 4 books back to back so long ago that I found it extremely hard to get back into the story.

➦I did start this book on the release day back in September and I put it on pause 3 times. The beginning was painfully slow.

But me senses a pattern. And me is over it.

“hi, I’m John.

But wait for it.

I’m also Steve.

But hold on just a minute.

I got powers.

Stick around for the big reveal now, won’t ya?

I’m also a long lost ruler of some fuckin’ country nobody gives a shit about.”

➦I know I don’t. I can’t even keep track of them anymore.
