To describe this book is literally so hard for me…. Words are next to impossible to truly say how I feel.
Tristian, this poor tortured soul, I fell in love with him. My heart ached for his troubled upbringing, for his current life, for the loss he endures, and my heart rejoiced that he found his peace.
Riley, this strong fearless girl. Nothing brought her down, nothing made her scared. She fell so easy for Tristan. She fell for the boy she knew was hidden deep down in him and she fell for the boy he currently was. Although she knew there was trouble, she didn’t give up. Now my one issue I have with this story, when I say she didn’t give up, she didn’t. But she did. She gave up to me when it mattered most, because yet again, I am that hard romantic at heart. It didn’t ruin the story for me, it just took away from my true love version. The version of when you love, you love wholeheartedly, not with any give ups or what if’s or maybes. But of course, that is me and the way I want it, hehe!! Again, it didn’t ruin the story at all for me!!
So in ending, this story is so heartbreaking, it’s reckless, it’s so fricken brilliantly told, I fell so hard for it. This author has the amazing ability to suck her readers in, I definitely fell in love again. I encourage you all to pick this one up. It’s amazing!! Available now!!
